in August 2023, we're embarking on a new chapter with taliox GmbH. phb-IT, which has been working
with us on various projects for several years, will become a part of taliox GmbH. As part of this
transition, Philipp Bischof, the CEO of phb-IT, will join the leadership team of taliox GmbH.

Robert Kamuda and Philipp Bischof have known each other since their studies in Aachen. Since then, both phb-IT and taliox GmbH have been successfully collaborating on multiple projects. This partnership serves as a crucial foundation for the decision to merge our two companies.

Moving forward, Philipp Bischof will join Robert Kamuda and Tjark Dönni in leading the executive team. All three have years of successful experience in leading their respective companies, and together, they form a team committed to embodying the values and goals of taliox GmbH both internally and externally.Following the merger, the ownership of taliox GmbH will be equally distributed among Philipp Bischof, Robert Kamuda, and Tjark Dönni - a balanced distribution that emphasizes collective responsibility and decision-making. Marcel Schepaniaka and Tim Klimasch will be leaving taliox GmbH in August. We express our gratitude for their time at taliox GmbH while wishing them success in their future endeavors.
